Janani Organisation Care and Support Center is one of this center functioning in Medak district with the help of State Government support. (APSACS). Care and Support Centre is the Place where persons infected / Affected with HIV / AIDS are treated for their Opportunistic Infection for a short period. In this center where general & medical facilities is available for cost free to treat OIs caused due to HIV / AIDS infected / Affected

Objectives:

To provide counseling to the persons infected and affected by HIV / AIDS
To provide nutrition support to the patient and attendant.
To bring awareness about HIV / AIDS / Opportunistic Infections (OIs) among the patients approaching the hospitals.
To motivate people to attend Voluntary Counseling and Testing Centre (VCTC) and get tested.
ORW, to motivate ante natal mothers to utilize Prevention of Parent to Child Transmission services from nearby institutions where the facility is available.
